After lots of guessing about what this was going to do, its now downloading a file known as FraudTool.Win32.SpywareProtect2009.s. Basically a fake anti-virus that costs $49 and does nothing. Its also downloading the Waldec malware to steal passwords etc.

So far its still spreading though at a reduced rate I believe. Lots of resources put into fighting this so its unlikely the authors will want to risk further attention for a time.
